Fred was friendly and professional. He quickly identified possible sources of the leak that caused the mold. After further investigation, he advised we will need to actually move our kitchen cabinets away from the wall in order to access the areas of mold and the correct the problem. Fred said the work needed was beyond the scope of his business and he recommended we contact a contractor to arrange removal of our cabinets and completion of the mold remediation process. We were very favorably impressed with Fred's work and highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

He also set aside time for a video conference re: our various project needs. Fred made himself available and answered all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully. He was able to help us install a new shower drainpipe, water mixer/control valve, set our shower pan, fix our dishwasher line, and better re-configure our under-sink drain since it was a left side rough-in but our sink is a right-hand drain, so he extended the pipe and added a clean-out Y fitting, which was not there before and is very helpful. Fred got back to us quickly and made himself available for all our follow up questions. He was efficient, very trustworthy, and came back quickly to complete some follow-up work. We are very appreciative of Fred's work!
